Magell Limited has revealed its new flexible workspace, located in Belfast’s Eagle Star House, which will redefine workspace in the city when it opens its doors next summer.
Operating as Urban HQ, the design-led workspace will accommodate more than 500 desks over eight floors and will be the first of its kind to be delivered in the city by the third-generation family business. It will also be the first and only flexible workspace in Northern Ireland to achieve the coveted Wired Certification Platinum from WiredScore.
Urban HQ will provide members with not just a desk, but the space, facilities, events and a network to develop and grow their business. Members can benefit from a design-led aesthetic in which to think, collaborate and thrive including light-filled meeting rooms, offices, focus rooms, phone booths, central lounge areas, event space, sofas, rooftop terrace and dedicated wellness room.
