Northern Ireland’s largest independent business to business mobile and unified communications provider has announced a £250k investment to establish a permanent presence in the North West creating up to ten jobs over the next two years.
Having doubled its customer base in the area within the last 12 months, Connect Telecom revealed its plans to open a local office in 2017 at an event hosted in Browns Restaurant and Champagne Lounge attended by customers from the region.
Connect Telecom has grown by more than 50% since being acquired by telecoms entrepreneur Scott Ritchie last November making the company the largest unified communications provider in Northern Ireland.
Mr Ritchie, Director of Connect Telecom which now has more than 5,000 business customers across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the UK, said:

Earlier this year Connect Telecom, which will celebrate ten years in business in 2017, became one of the first Vodafone partners in the UK authorised to install One Net Business, and the first in Northern Ireland.
This means that in addition to simply delivering Vodafone solutions such as One Net Business Connect Telecom is authorised to install the technology, providing a one-stop shop for customers and significantly speeding up the process of install.
Connect Telecom’s unique ability to sell, deliver and manage such solutions is expected to fuel further growth for the company as companies look for smarter communications tools and systems.
